How we got here
Idaho hosts spent years navigating a patchwork of local rules alone. A handful of host groups joined up, formed a statewide association, and in 2026 helped pass HB 583 — clear, fair rules for every short-term rental in the state.
With that done, we’re putting our energy where it started: hosts helping hosts. Community first, an eye on the legislature, and standards we’re proud to put our names on.
