The Problem

Idaho's vacation rental operators have been going it alone — navigating a patchwork of local regulations, facing rising compliance costs, and lacking any collective representation when policy decisions are made. Without an organized voice, individual operators have no seat at the table when cities, counties, and the state legislature write the rules that govern their businesses.

IVRA — the Idaho Vacation Rental Association — was built to change that. We provide:

The Idaho Vacation Rental Association exists to represent, protect, and advance the interests of vacation rental owners, managers, and industry partners across Idaho. We believe that a well-organized industry benefits everyone — operators, guests, and communities alike. We advocate for fair regulation, promote responsible hosting, and build a stronger rental market for all of Idaho.
